All Sales Are Final
Once a purchase is made and the digital file is delivered, the sale is considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason unrelated to technical issues. This helps us maintain the integrity of our services and ensure fairness for all users.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the immediate accessibility and downloadable nature of digital notes, we do not accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refund requests
after the purchase is completed and the file is delivered.
Exceptions – When We Can Help

- You received the wrong file
- The file is damaged or unreadable
- There was a delivery failure
